Gardiner Rv Supercenter works hard to assure the accuracy of the items we list for sale. Actual parts, and services received may vary from those photographed for the site. All prices, and actual parts posted to the website, may be subject to change without notice. All products listed are also available for sale locally in our showroom, and will be subject to prior sale. While we do our best, the product information, program information, services we offer, photographs and descriptions are as correct as possible when posted, and could change at anytime necessary. To verify an item you look to purchase please call, 1-800-905-7234, and ask for parts online. Minimum Order Adjustments: As we try and keep prices low there will be an additional fee of 5.00 assessed for all purchases under $20.00.
Special Order Items
While we will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of special orders, we can not guarantee the exact part you receive based only on information the customer provides. If we have made the error, we will correct at not cost to you, unless the correct part is more than the origin. If the error was incurred by customer misinformation, unfortunately we will not issue a return or refund as we would can not recover the special order costs. We try and keep these at a minimum by offering technical parts information via the phone.
Problems with an Order
Missing Items: You may receive more than one shipment for your online purchase’s, if it involves multiple items, larger items. This will be at not additional cost over the original shipping payment. The enclosed picklist will show the items shipped from your order. If an item is marked and is not packaged, please contact the online parts department as soon as possible, complete with order number information.
Order Shipping
Most original orders will be shipped UPS, and are traceable online right from your home, thru UPS, online tracking. To obtain your tracking information please call the online parts department. While every effort will be made to ensure timely delivery, not every package or shipment will arrive within two days. The mailing address provided will determine how long it shall take to receive, some taking up to ten days.
Refunds
We will make every effort to ensure the parts you receive are correct, if parts are in error, return all items and picklist to the dealership, after calling the online parts department and receiving an RMA, (returned merchandise authorization). NO RETURN WILL BE EXCEPTED OR REFUNDED, IF RECEIVED IN A USED OR OPEN, NON ORIGINAL PACKAGE. Unless the error was made by Gardiner RV. We will not be able to refund the prior shipping paid.
Claims for Damaged Items
If you receive items damaged in transit to your mailing address, all claims must be made with the courier that provided the shipping. Damaged or missing or incomplete orders must be addressed at the time of delivery. Any concealed damaged items must be taken to the appropriate carrier, in original package for inspection and receipt of a signed inspection form. Our responsibility ends, once the order is received by the courier.
